In keeping with its declared philosophy, DCL provides a multi-disciplinary building consultancy. It is geared to provide a comprehensive Consultancy Service in Architectural, Structural & Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Landscaping, Interior & Urban Design, Quantity Surveying and Development Planning. Where necessary, DCL makes use of well established relationships with outside consultants.

Architectural & Interior

The architectural division leads the creative and functional aspects of design, ensuring client objectives are met through innovative and sustainable solutions. Their scope includes conducting site analysis, feasibility studies, and preparing initial design concepts. They develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications, seamlessly integrating structural and MEP requirements while ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

Structural Engineering

The structural division ensures the safety and stability of buildings through efficient engineering solutions. Their scope includes site evaluations, structural strategies aligned with architectural designs, and detailed calculations for foundations and frameworks. They ensure seamless integration with MEP requirements and compliance with building codes, delivering reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Quantity Surveying

The QS division manages project costs and ensures financial efficiency. Their scope includes preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, as well as evaluating contractor bids. They monitor expenditures, manage variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project, delivering value while maintaining quality and compliance.

MEP Engineering

The MEP division ensures the functionality and efficiency of building systems. Their scope includes designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, such as HVAC, power distribution, water supply, and drainage. They coordinate with architectural and structural teams, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with building codes and sustainability standards, delivering reliable and efficient solutions.
