The 24-story Labour Department building, the tallest state-owned structure in Colombo, stands as a landmark designed for durability and optimized functionality. The building features office spaces for the Labour Department with a central service core, while the upper floors are designed for private rentals, blending government utility with commercial opportunity.
The office complex is designed to accommodate multiple government departments and agencies within the province. As the administrative capital of Sri Lanka, Battaramulla is an important hub for government activities, making this project crucial for centralized administrative functions.
Orion City, the first and largest IT park in Sri Lanka, spans 16 acres of prime real estate and embodies the concept of a self-contained city, offering state-of-the-art workspaces and modern conveniences to support the growth of businesses in the IT/BPM industry. Inspired by the Orion belt, its iconic towers rise 110 meters above ground. This colossal complex is designed to attract and nurture the brightest talents, providing a dynamic environment for innovation and productivity.
The turret tower is a commercial high rise 8 Storeyed tower that encompasses a glass facade with solar controlled glass. Controlling heat up to a certain extent as the heat can be overwhelming in the city of Colombo.
The refurbishment of the Pership Building for Asha Agencies Limited in Colombo 03 involved renovating multiple levels, including the basement, ground floor, and five upper floors, covering 2,288 square meters. The project modernized the space while preserving structural integrity, focusing on improved interiors, upgraded utilities, and enhanced accessibility to meet contemporary standards.
The HSBC Head Office, located in Fort, Sri Lanka's financial hub, was built in the 1920s with approximately 100,000 sq. ft. across seven floors. The building underwent a minor renovation in the 1970s, with the current refurbishment being the major renovation.
Grand Hyatt Colombo is an iconic project on Galle Face Road in Sri Lanka, built to establish the Hyatt brand in the South Asian region. It has a full range of services and dining options for both business and leisure travellers, and is a government initiative to develop the tourism infrastructure in the country.

The project, located in Thalawathugoda, spans a total floor area of 11,700 sqm and was completed in 2021. It beautifully reflects the rich cultural heritage of Sri Lanka through its interior design. Access Residence Pvt. Sri Lanka seamlessly blends traditional Sri Lankan elements with contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and elegant ambiance. Inspired by the island's lush tropical landscape, the design features expansive windows and open spaces, offering stunning views of the surrounding greenery and fostering a deep connection with nature.
The Factory Building for Rocell Bathware is designed to accommodate heavy machinery and equipment. Its exterior features a functional, utilitarian design, including loading docks to facilitate the efficient movement of raw materials and finished products. The building incorporates large windows and an advanced ventilation system, reducing energy consumption while promoting a healthier work environment with ample natural lighting.
The project site, located on a sloping abandoned rubber estate in a developing suburban township, features a state-of-the-art double-height entrance and factory space to cater to diverse clients. The design focused on carbon-neutral, green printing solutions, incorporating "green" aspects throughout its design, construction, and operation. It received recognition with the USGB LEED Gold certification and M&S Green certification for its environmentally friendly approach.
Ambewela and Pattipola, two prominent dairy farms in Sri Lanka’s central highlands, are designed to blend with the surrounding misty mountains and scenic beauty. The 20-acre farms feature modern infrastructure, including steel-built sheds for 500 cattle each, a milking parlour, and maternity and calf sheds, ensuring efficient milk production and animal comfort.
Formula World being home to Sri Lanka's most advanced car care centre, possess the best technology for car care with a built in facility that accommodates to any form of repair and maintenance for vehicles. The building is designed to accommodate multiple vehicles simultaneously. It typically has expansive floor areas for parking and manoeuvring damaged vehicles, as well as dedicated work bays or stalls for repairs. Given the nature of the work conducted in collision repair centres, the building is constructed with sturdy materials to withstand impacts, such as reinforced concrete or steel frames. The architectural design of the buildings are designed to suit the landscape by recognizing the location of the site and environmental factors.

The building features a well-designed layout comprising a ground floor, six upper levels, and a functional roof terrace. Meticulously crafted to meet the needs of a professional institution, the design integrates modern architectural elements, optimizing space for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Wycherley International School, a leading private educational institute, is undergoing a two-phase project to minimize disruption to daily operations and ensure student safety. Phase 01 includes a 5-story structure with extensions that integrate seamlessly with the existing building. The expansion features smart classrooms, flexible lab spaces, and office , admin areas, while preserving the building's original outlook.
The dome stands tall and majestic, its graceful curvature commanding attention from great distance away. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of celestial shape. The architects aimed to create a space for 5000 seats for the auditions. As the visitors enter the dome, they are greeting by a modern and inviting interiors. The seating arrangement is carefully designed to provide excellent visibility for everyone. And ensuring that each audience member feels intimately connected to the events.
