70,000 Sq. ft. office building for Sasakawa Trust funded by Nippon Foundation - Japan, is designed to accommodate corporate office spaces intended to cater the sophisticated requirements of modern office buildings, yet retaining the elegance of simple open office spaces. The unique feature of the design being the building façade envelops the entire street frontage of the structure to ensure the connectivity of the internal spaces to the city skyline using solar control glass which improves the energy efficiency of the building.
The office complex is designed to reflect the local culture, climate and architectural heritage of Colombo 3 creating a sense of place and connection. The design emphasizes natural light, views and outdoor connections, incorporating basophilic elements such as indoor plants, living walls, and water features to foster a healthier, more inspiring workplace environment.

Designed with modern architecture to meet international standards it features 141 rooms, including luxury rooms and suites. Overlooking Negombo beach the design integrates the site’s location making the hotel a standout addition to Sri Lanka’s growing tourism industry.
